Overview
Talia Health sends SMS text message notifications only to patients who have provided explicit written consent prior to any messages being sent. We do not send marketing or promotional messages. All messages are transactional and directly related to a patient's care.
How Patients Give Consent
Before any SMS message is sent, each patient completes a signed paper intake form that includes the following disclosure:
"By providing your mobile phone number below, you agree to receive SMS text message notifications from Talia Health, including appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, care follow-ups, and action-required alerts. Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time or HELP for assistance. View our Privacy Policy at https://www.taliahealthcare.com/legal/privacy-policy and Terms & Conditions at https://www.taliahealthcare.com/legal/terms-condition."
Signed consent forms are retained on file. No SMS messages are sent to any patient who has not completed a signed intake form.

Appointment reminders
Care follow-ups
Action-required alerts (e.g., completing intake forms)
Talia Health does not send marketing or promotional messages via SMS.
